Engineering

Building engineers are dedicated to operating and maintaining the many mechanical systems necessary to keep Union Bank Plaza operating efficiently.

An engineer is on duty in the building from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. weekdays, and may be reached by calling the Property Management Office, or if outside business hours, by the security front desk.  Routine problems should be reported during normal business hours.  Potential major problems such as water leaks and electrical system malfunctions should be reported as soon as they are discovered.
