Heating and Air Conditioning

Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) service is provided from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday or as determined in your Office Lease.

Air conditioning is calibrated to maintain a reasonable comfort level in all areas of the Building.  Requests for temperature adjustments should be directed to the Property Management Office.

If you should require air conditioning after hours, there is an additional charge for this service.  The rates for service are available in the Property Management Office.

Building standard blinds should be used to supplement the HVAC system.  These window coverings should remain closed during periods of direct sun to help maintain adequate temperature control.
