Holidays

The Property Management Office will be closed on legal holidays.  On holidays, the Building operates in the normal “after hours mode”.  Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) services will be provided at an additional cost, with advance written notice to the Property Management Office twenty-four hours prior to the requested service.
