Property Removal Passes

Tenants must present a signed Property Removal Pass to Security before removing office equipment, furniture, plants, boxes, large packages and similar items from the Building.  Please keep in mind that pass issuance is a tenant responsibility and serves to help protect the tenant’s property. 

Blank Property Removal Pass forms are available through the online in the Forms section or through the Property Management Office.  Tenants bear the responsibility of providing the Property Management Office with a current list of authorized signatories (as defined on page 2), for verification by Security.
