| Authorized Signatories |
Each tenant must designate at least one individual who can sign for billable services, sign property removal passes, and allow access to individuals on a one-time basis. This information should be completed and submitted to the Property Management Office prior to tenant move-in. |

| Emergency Contacts |
Each tenant must designate individuals who can act as our contact in the case of an emergency after hours. We request a minimum of two people, who can provide telephone numbers where they can be reached twenty-four hours per day. |

| Tenant Contacts |
Each tenant should designate a primary contact who will hold the primary responsibility of relaying information to and receiving information from the Poperty Management Office. This person is often an office manager, receptionist, or principal. |
