Parking

The Building’s parking structure is available to tenants, and to the general public, 24-hours per day. 

ABM Parking operates the parking structure from an on-site office located near the Figueroa Street entrance.  The office is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and can be contacted by dialing (213) 620-0170.  There, you may obtain information on rates and availability, make payments, obtain new parking cards and purchase validations.

Monthly parkers will be assigned parking access cards, which will be used to enter and exit the parking structure.  These cards are different from the Building’s Elevator Access Cards.

Parking structure clearances are 6’6” for street level clearance and 6’3” for lower level clearance.

If you have not been issued a reserved space, please do not park in the reserved parking at any time, including weekends and holidays.

Union Bank Plaza requests that tenants and their visitors observe the restricted zones: reserved parking spaces, handicapped spaces, visitor spaces as specified, red/fire zones and yellow/loading zones.

Monthly parking cards are not to be used by anyone except the person to whom they are assigned. 

Parking privileges may be terminated for continued or flagrant violations of garage parking rules, speed limits, etc. Violators may be ticketed and towed away at owner’s expense.
