Visitors

All visitors, couriers, delivery personnel must check in at the security console and provide a photo identification card, such as a Driver’s License or passport. Employees may pre-register their visitors, couriers, delivery personnel through an easy and intuitive online visitor management system to streamline the check-in process.  (See below for more information on this system.)

For any visitors, couriers, delivery personnel that are not pre-registered, the security officer will be required to call their host for authorization to allow access. Once the visitor, courier, or delivery personnel is authorized, either through the online system or a phone call, security will issue a Visitor badge and grant them access only to the floor they are visiting.
