The loading dock is accessible via 4th Street.

The loading dock is open Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except on holidays.  The loading dock gate is open from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and a guard is available to open it between the hours of 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. It is also available on weekends, on an as-needed basis.

The maximum vehicle height allowable at the dock is 13½ feet.

Property Removal Passes must accompany all items leaving through the loading dock.

Vehicles less than six feet in height must utilize building parking and may not park in loading dock, except while delivering/picking up.

During the hours from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, the freight elevator operates on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Only incidental items are to be transported during these hours.  Out of consideration for others, elevator users are not allowed to “hold” the elevator between loads.

Tenant moves in/out must be scheduled after normal building hours.  The freight can be reserved weeknights during the hours of 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m., or all day Saturday and Sunday.  The freight elevator is used by the janitorial staff weeknights from 12 00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. and, therefore, cannot be reserved during those hours.   Reservations should be made as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.

The freight elevator is serviced every Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., and will not be operational during that time.

All individuals using wheeled dollies, hand trucks, internal mail distribution carts, etc., must use the freight elevator.  Those items are not allowed on passenger elevators or escalators.
