Towering 535 feet over Los Angeles’ dynamic financial district, the 701,888 square foot Union Bank Plaza is a self contained community in its own right  -- a vertical “city” with a population of more than 1,500 people.

Like any community, there is a tremendous amount of logistical effort required to keep Union Bank Plaza in fine tune.  To assist both new and existing tenants, this Tenant Information Handbook will help provide you with basic information about the Building, its operating rules, regulations and various emergency directives.

Cushman & Wakefield proudly and professionally manages Union Bank Plaza.  The Property Management Office coordinates all policies and actions relating to lease administration and tenant services. The 24-hour phone number is (213) 550-2610.  After normal business hours, calls are forwarded to Building Security.

The Property Management Office is located in Suite 2940 on the 29th floor, and is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except on recognized holidays.  The management staff is committed to service, and to providing each tenant a professional atmosphere in which to conduct business.
