Trash Removal

In conjunction with our rubbish-hauling contractor, Union Bank Plaza has designed a recycling program that provides the most effectiveness, with the least inconvenience to our tenants.  Please call the Property Management Office for more information. 

Only items placed inside a trash receptacle, or clearly identified as trash, will be removed.  For removal of any item that is not placed in a trash receptacle, please clearly label it “TRASH” and place in a conspicuous place for night pickup.  Do not place any object near or against a trash receptacle if it is not to be thrown away.

No trash should be placed in the corridors, stairwells or freight elevator lobbies at any time.  Should you have the need for extra trash pickup during the business day, please submit a request through the Angus Work Order system.
